Neviare - LOCATION

Neviare is connected to the National Highway via completely constructed bridge leading to the development’s main avenue, providing alternative and more scenic route to residents traversing the highway to other places in Lipa City. 

Lungsod ng Lipa (Lipa City) is an official first class city in Batangas, Philippines.  It is one of the centers of businesses in the province, proving its growing business districts, including shopping malls, dining areas and leisure centers.  The city is located in the south of Manila by 48 miles (78 kilometers). It is also the largest city in the province with a population of 332,386 (2015 CENSUS).

The South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR) provide access to the people of Batangas to the metropolis. The city is known as a religious, commercial, residential, educational and industrial center.
